RESERVE YOUR PLACE MINIMUM 2 – 3 DAYS BEFORE
1. Do not dive for 24 hours prior to your jump.
2. Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation.
3. Do not wear jewelry such as earrings, watches, rings, necklaces, etc.
4. Wear comfortable athletic clothing such as shorts, leggings, sweatpants, and a crew neck or V-neck t-shirt (SKIRTS, POLO SHIRTS, SANDALS, AND HUARACHES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR JUMPING).
5. Eat a good meal before your jump, but choose light meals.
6. Bring your payment ready, preferably in cash (discounts do not apply to card payments).
7. Please provide an email address to send you your photos and video if you purchase a package that includes this service.
8. Our location is in the North Hotel Zone, PLAZA PENÍNSULA, Local 11K. Go down to the parking lot and turn right at the end.

We have the best equipment on the market, which includes two parachutes, one main and one reserve, as well as an automatic activation system in case of emergency.

Cameras, phones, or objects that could fall during the flight are not allowed, as we are jumping over a populated/tourist area.
No, we are not permitted to pick up passengers at any hotel, condominium, or house. Once you arrive at our location, we will transfer you to the airport in our vans at no additional cost.
Yes, we have free, covered, secure, private parking available as part of Plaza Península, where we are located. We are not responsible for partial or total loss of your vehicle.

We generally land on the public beach between the Grand Venetian and the Puerto Vallarta Peninsula. Sometimes, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we must land in alternate areas. Please inquire.
For groups of 3 or more people, we have to do more than one flight, since we skip from 2 passengers at a time (it’s the maximum capacity we have on the plane at the moment).
In case of bad weather and/or inability to reschedule the activity, the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
